We ship across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000

  • Orders below ₹1,000 are charged a flat ₹100 shipping fee per order

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across India

  • A flat ₹150 COD charge is applicable on all COD orders

  • The COD charge is non-refundable

  • If the order is accepted at delivery, the COD charge will be adjusted in your final payable amount

  • In case of order refusal or non-delivery, the COD charge will not be refunded under any circumstances

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are dispatched after thorough quality checks and secure packaging

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances

Failed or Refused Deliveries (COD)

  • If a COD order is refused, unreachable, or returned undelivered, Regal Details reserves the right to:

    • Cancel future COD orders from the same customer, or

    • Request prepaid payment for future purchases
