Return & Exchange Policy

At Regal Details, each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of an issue, our return and exchange policy is outlined below.


Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • A wrong product has been shipped to you

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any other reasons.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request an exchange or refund, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • Capture the full unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • Clearly show the product and any damage or discrepancy

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Exchange Process

  1. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear images/videos of the issue

    • The complete unboxing video

  2. Once verified by our team, we will:

    • Approve an exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or

    • Offer a refund, if an exchange is not possible

  3. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • The product is damaged in transit or

    • An incorrect product was shipped

    • A valid unboxing video is provided

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or design variations (as product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution)

  • Wear and tear due to usage

  • Orders without an unboxing video


Important Notes

  • All jewellery is quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Regal Details reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request after verification.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
