Cancellation Policy

At Regal Details, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Kindly mention your Order ID while requesting cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted.

  • Regal Details reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
